'Tis The Season To Be Snowing

When we went to sleep last night, we knew the forecast called for snow.  This morning, I felt like a five-year-old at 5AM on Christmas.  I couldn't wait to pull back to shade and see if the weather people were correct (for once).  This is what we saw:

By 8:30AM we had a good four to five inches on the ground, with more to come!  The first snow of the season is always exciting, but this year it was even more thrilling because we couldn't wait to see what Orion thought. 

We took her outside, and at first she looked at us like, "What is this white stuff?"  ("And where did the grass go?")

But quick enough, she was running around and really loving it.

She even ate it - she really must be my dog since I love the taste of fresh snow.

The park is really pretty with the snow.
